She provided a beautiful menu of cold and hot platters: A couple of examples: Za'atar-spiced Shrimp with lemon-herb couscous, shaved Brussels sprouts salad w/toasted almonds, apples, chives, lemon & olive oil. I lost count of how many compliments I received on the food but, of course, the best compliment of all was that there was barely of speck of food left yet everyone was fed well.
